Resilience

Presented by the Finance & Operations Community
with Newfields

Indianapolis, IN
April 25 – April 27, 2022

Our Gardens have weathered the brunt of the pandemic; a place of peace and recovery while the future has been so unsure. The 2022 Finance and Operations Community Symposium will be focusing on our Garden’s past and future “Resilience”. Come and join your peers as we learn from each other and focus on how we can continue to make our organizations more resilient in unsure times.

We will be meeting in person at Newfields in Indianapolis. Newfields embodies an organization that has adapted and made big changes over the past 5 years. We will get an opportunity to take a deep inside look into their organization and hear from their leaders on subjects ranging from using data to influence strategy to pivots their organization were forced to make during the pandemic. We will also hear from other gardens through discussion panels and presentations. Most importantly this will be a time to meet other garden leaders and forge peer relationships. Save the date now in your calendar for  April 25th – 27th, 2022.

If you are interested in participating or presenting the community leadership would love to talk with you. Please contact Drake Fowler, Community Chair directly at dfowler@ncarboretum.org
