USDA's National Plant Germplasm System is offering $20,000 to $30,000 grants for evaluation projects. Proposals should be submitted through a crop germplasm committee for consideration. Selection criteria include scientific merit, national need for evaluation data, likelihood of success, and likelihood that eval data will be entered into the System's GRIN-Global database and shared with the user community. Evaluation proposals should use this format.
