The American Public Gardens Association connects, protects and champions the work of public gardens, working daily to provide our Members with the resources they want and need to make their gardens an indispensable part of their community…and of our world.
Never has the need been greater to connect people with the healing power of plants. Whether it's getting garden staff back to work, visitors back in the garden, or public gardens thriving again, we invite you to consider the impact your gift will have on another person in our industry.
Here are the ways you can make an impact right now
We are rapidly building our resources to help gardens grow resilient and to help keep all of our 9700 members connected over the coming 1-2 years. Campaign partner PlantSnap has generously offered donors of $20 or more a free download of the Pro version of its plant identification app. Activation of the Pro version leverages even more support for this campaign!
2) Garden Scholars
Your one-time or recurring gift will be applied towards scholarships to enable an entry level, early-- or mid-career professional an opportunity to network, be inspired by new ideas, and advance their skills by covering registration and travel costs to attend one of the Association’s regional symposia or a future Annual Conference.

3) Association Endowment Fund and Legacy Fund
You’re making your mark on your garden, and your visitors, every day. Now consider an investment that will amplify your impact across our entire industry. The Association welcomes donors wishing to explore naming opportunities for themselves or in honor of others, gifts through their estate, or other contributions that will substantially advance the Association’s work and support it into the foreseeable future.
More information about the Endowment Fund and Legacy Fund coming soon.
