Marie Selby Botanical Gardens’ staff, board and advisory committee members were engaged in the Strategic Planning Process. It began with “bottoms up” input on organizational priorities and challenges, which included contributions from every staff member. Annual Projections were developed to assess the financial impact and sustainability of the proposed plans.
