PHS is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager that will help nurture their brand and mission through our social media channels. In this role, the Social Media Manager will help develop and implement cross-functional paid social media campaigns, and day-to-day supporting organic content crafted to increase awareness of PHS, as well as drive deeper usage with our users.
Establish a paid/organic social media strategy that supports the annual PHS Digital Marketing plan.
Own social media editorial calendar intake process and work with key partners on timing and messaging that fits within established PHS brand narrative.
Own community management on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and Google Business Pages.
Find opportunities to proactively engage with our community and build relationships via partner organizations and influencers
Become the resident expert of our social monitoring tool Sprout Social, using it to do everything from staging and publishing content to listening and pulling metrics
Manage weekly reporting on PHS social media platforms
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing or related field
2-4 years of social media marketing experience
Strong understanding of social media channels, content development, and social analysis
Working knowledge of social media management systems such as Sprout Social, HootSuite, etc.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and partnerships across levels
Forward-thinking, well-organized and has an obsession for detail
Experience working together with internal creative teams and cross-functional marketing partners
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite specifically in Photoshop
Ability to maintain excellent relations with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
This position has no direct reports.
