We are looking for talent to join our Human Resources Department as Human Resources Director. The successful candidate must be a professional self-starter and highly motivated to provide superior quality strategic and tactical HR support to the company.
This position has experience working within all disciplines of Human Resources (e.g., Benefits Administration and Management, Compliance, Compensation, EEO/Affirmative Action, Employee Relations and Investigations, Employment/Talent Management, HRIS, Health and Safety, Legal, and Organizational Development). Candidate must be a leader and be able to multi-task and adjust to quickly changing circumstances.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Knowledge of HR systems, databases, and resources metrics.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat.
Ability to analyze and interpret HR related information in general business periodicals, professional journals, and governmental regulations.
Ability to write clear, concise, accurate reports, business correspondence, policies and procedures.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups and/or boards of directors.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline, MA/MS strongly preferred.
Minimum 15 years of progressive human resource management experience
Minimum of 4 6 years recent senior-level management experience preferred.
PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP Certification strongly preferred.
