Transportation will be provided to the Opening Reception and Keynote from Fairfield Inn & Suites Tulsa Downtown Tuesday evening October 9. 

All attendees continuing on to Bentonville are encouraged to check out of the hotel Wednesday morning and stow luggage in coaches in preparation to depart DIRECTLY from the Botanic Garden to Bentonville Wednesday evening.

All attendees will be transported by coach to Best Western Castle Rock Bentonville on Wednesday evening. The symposium concludes Thursday October 11 at 7 pm. Attendees may take advantage of the room rate through Friday night October 12 if they would like to remain to enjoy area attractions.

There is an OPTIONAL shuttle at 7:30 am on Friday, October 12 to the Tulsa International Airport.
