Job Description

Corporate Philanthropy and Partnerships Officer leads Botanica’s corporate fundraising strategy, growing the number of corporate supporters, increasing philanthropic revenue, and strengthening retention year over year. This relationship-centered fundraiser manages a corporate donor portfolio, secures event and program partnerships, cultivates corporate foundation support, and ensures exceptional stewardship and benefit fulfillment. The Manager strengthens engagement with the greater Wichita region and strengthens the visitor experience by collaborating closely with Events, Marketing, Programs, Visitor Services, and Finance to develop compelling partnership opportunities—including the Illuminations Holiday Light Display, Tulipfest, Art Exhibitions, and Educational Programs.

About Us

Botanica is more than a garden—it’s a place where curiosity grows, connections deepen, and nature inspires people of all ages. Spanning 20 acres and home to over 30 uniquely designed gardens and 250,000 plants, Botanica serves as one of the region’s leading cultural attractions and a proud source of community pride in Wichita.

We are a mission-driven organization committed to creating meaningful experiences that blend horticulture, education, art, and culture. From immersive seasonal events like Tulipfest and Illuminations to year-round educational programming and community partnerships, Botanica is a place where people return again and again—bringing new generations with them.

Our team is passionate, collaborative, and forward-thinking. We are building a future rooted in sustainability, innovation, and accessibility—working to become a national model for how public gardens can serve their communities. Whether we’re advancing conservation efforts through projects like the Water Journey or creating joyful moments for families exploring the gardens, our work is grounded in purpose and impact.

If you’re inspired by the power of nature to bring people together and eager to contribute to a growing, dynamic organization, Botanica is the place to grow your career.
