Idaho Botanical Garden Announces Promotion of Megan Jones to Director of Visitor Services
The Idaho Botanical Garden is pleased to announce the promotion of Megan Jones to Director of Visitor Services. Megan previously served as the Garden’s Visitor Services Manager, where she played an important role in shaping welcoming, efficient, and memorable experiences for guests.
In her new role, Megan will oversee the strategic direction of Visitor Services and lead efforts to enhance the guest experience across the Garden.
Megan’s vision focuses on ensuring that every guest that visits the Idaho Botanical Garden feels welcomed, informed, and inspired from the moment they arrive. Visitor Services plays a critical role in connecting guests to the Garden’s landscapes, programs, and events, while helping visitors plan their time and navigate the Garden with ease.
Under Megan’s leadership, the Visitor Services team will prioritize knowledgeable and engaging interactions that elevate the overall visitor experience. By fostering a culture of hospitality and thoughtful engagement, she aims to create meaningful moments that deepen visitors’ connection to the Garden and leave a lasting, positive impression.
During her time as Visitor Services Manager, Megan demonstrated strong leadership in managing guest services operations, supporting staff and volunteers, and helping the Garden welcome a growing number of visitors while maintaining a high level of service.
