WaterSense and the Alliance for Water Efficiency (AWE) will co-host a webinar focused on working with homeowners associations (HOAs) to use community water budgets. Speaker Jeff Lee, a water conservation specialist for Gilbert, Arizona, will explain how the town is working with homeowners associations to budget water in common landscapes as a cost-effective way to realize water savings. WaterSense will provide an overview of water-smart landscapes and the WaterSense water budget tool, as well as an update about its specification for spray sprinkler bodies. AWE will share a new resource the organization is developing to compile examples of outdoor water programs.
