Presented by the Volunteer Community

How can you best utilize volunteers in front line opportunities? Are they at an information desk, serving as a docent, being an ambassador? Our panelists will share about the roles that volunteers fill within their guest services department. Learn how the passion our volunteers have for our organizations can best be shared with our visitors.
