USDA NRCS and Colorado State University teamed up to develop the CarbOn Management and Evaluation Tool (COMET) as a greenhouse gas estimation tool in 2002. COMET has undergone a number of changes in recent years and webinar participants will learn about these changes and how they impact NRCS and external users. Participants will also hear about plans to integrate a version of COMET into Conservation Delivery Streamlining Initiative (CDSI), and also about the ongoing development of an integrated greenhouse gas and water quality tool.
