Presented by the Volunteer Engagement Community

In this zoom meeting “webinar”, we will hear a presentation from Karen Pattison, Volunteer Services Manager at Naples Botanical Garden. Volunteer management is deeply rewarding, but it frequently requires navigating tricky situations, setting boundaries, and addressing performance or behavior issues. This interactive session equips you with the practical communication tools and confidence needed to transform awkward confrontations into constructive, relationship-building dialogues.

Cost: Free for Members; $15 for Non-Members.
