Dana is a horticultural leader, herbalist, forager, weaver, and educator with more than 25 years of experience cultivating meaningful relationships between people, plants, and place.
She previously served as Vice President of Operations at Gardens of Babylon in Nashville, where she helped lead the company through significant growth while overseeing operations, team development, and organizational systems. She is also the founder of Native Loom Goods, a folk-herbal and handwoven-goods business rooted in craftsmanship, community care, and connection to the natural world.
Dana holds a B.S. in Plant and Soil Science from Middle Tennessee State University and brings both strategy and heart to her work, guided by the belief that thriving gardens, teams, and communities are built through care, connection, and stewardship.
