Explore ABQ BioPark Botanic Garden’s 36 acres of formal and whimsical gardens designed to delight your senses. One and a half miles of paths will carry you through Mediterranean and Desert Conservatories, a 1920s Heritage Farm, the Sasebo Japanese Garden, the High Desert Rose Garden, and the Cottonwood Gallery. Specialty gardens are scattered throughout the grounds, including El Jardin de la Curandera, New Mexico Habitats, Pollinators, and the Spanish/Moorish garden. The Children’s Fantasy Garden, Butterfly Pavilion and the Model Railroad Garden with working trains are favorites of the kids, big and small. The BUGarium - featuring insects and arachnids from all around the world- is also a popular attraction.
The Albuquerque Botanic Garden is part of the ABQ BioPark and includes the Botanic Garden, Zoo, Aquarium and Tingley Beach.
