Arnold Arboretum appoints Dosmann Curator of Living Collections
The Arnold Arboretum of Harvard University, Jamaica Plain, MA, announces the appointment of Michael Dosmann as its new Curator of Living Collections. A native of Indiana, Dosmann received his BS in Public Horticulture from Purdue University and his MS from Iowa State University. He recently received his Ph.D. from Cornell University, where he studied the ecophysiology of coastal Koelreuteria paniculata. He is currently the chair of the APGA Plant Nomenclature and Taxonomy Professional Section, and served as a member of the Annual Conference Program Selection Committee for two years.
