Conservatory and Support Facilities

The C&SF professional section serves as a resource for professionals who grow and exhibit plants for display under glass in a Conservatory or its associated greenhouse support facilities. Such facilities are an important and growing component of many botanical gardens. Due to their specialized nature, they provide unique opportunities and face unique challenges in their operations, in the growing and displaying of their plants and in their personnel management and training.

The C&SF professional section represents a national networking opportunity to serve and strengthen C&SF staff and programs throughout North America by promoting their work, value and achievements in horticulture display, education, research and plant conservation. This professional section benefits members by providing leadership, support and by promoting the sharing of information.

The target audience is staff working in conservatories and support facilities at public gardens, private estates and University gardens in North America.
