During this two-day symposium, attendees will attend lectures, participate in discussions, and be guided through the field labs within The Bartlett Research Laboratories and Arboretum. Attendees will also visit the beautiful Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden during one of the sessions. The Bartlett Research Laboratories and Arboretum is an incredibly diverse arboretum situated on a rolling 350 acre property in Charlotte, North Carolina. This unique tree research laboratory serves as an outdoor classroom. The grounds include one of the best collections of oak and conifers on the east coast; the biggest collection of magnolia in the country; an extensive collection of holly, elm, crapemyrtle, crabapple, maple, and rhododendron; and numerous display gardens.
